APC HAS NO PLACE IN DELTA STATE-ASIUWHU *Assures Deltans of Quality Sustainable Development

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Patani Local Government Area of Delta state, Comr. Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu has openly declared to the leadership of the opposition party in the state, All Progressive Congress (APC), that there is no room in Delta state that can accommodate them. Comr. Asiuwhu who also doubles as the Publicity Secretary of the forum of PDP Chairmen in Delta state, called on members of the public not to be fooled by the gimmicks of the APC, "the same way some of our brothers in North and South West were fooled by their Change mantra".

"I've noticed that some wolves in sheep clothing's are crying to take over Delta state, especially through the Social Media, and I want to make this known to them, that the party they represent has no place in Delta state. A party that has only one Ward Councilor in the state, a party whose self acclaimed leader could not win his ward, a party whose only manifesto is to take over Delta state, a party whose leader is only good at throwing tantrums through his media aide, a party that has brought countless sufferings to the common man, a party that is more of a conglomeration of strange bed fellows who only came together to see to it that their looting spree is continued, a party whose major anger in the state is that the sharing of the dividends of democracy is no longer restricted to their inner clique, yes, this is the party that is day dreaming of taking over Delta state"

Speaking further on the Infrastructural developments going on in the state, Comr. Asiuwhu was quick to add that Delta state had turned to one large construction site. "If you drive around Delta state today, you would be confused if you are in one large construction site His Excellency has turned the fortunes of the state around for the better Infrastructurally, this you can testify to. Unlike those who make vague promises before elections only to deny them after winning, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa is a man who keeps to promises. He is the Ekwueme, 'talk and do and he has promised to see to it that Deltans receive the best infrastructurally.'"

On the oppositions quest for membership and promises, Comr. Asiuwhu asked Deltans not to fall for the trick. "I want to call on all Deltans, and by extension, all Nigerians to reject this evil party in totality. They have nothing good to offer. The change they bring would only bring about untold hardship, pains and misery to all. We have learnt from the errors of our brothers who brought this negative change to us, and we would not be fooled the same way some of our brothers in North and South West were fooled by their Change mantra" he said.
