Permit me sir to use this medium to thank you for your effort in reviving this abandoned project. On getting to know about this project you promptly sent your team to meet with the communities and to inspect the road. On the 12th of November 2016, the representative of Inter-bua met with Abala youths, where he told the youths that they have been fully mobilized and promised to resume work on the site the next week. According to the rep of Inter-bua, the mobilization covered the construction of a bridge. The people were overwhelmed with joy on hearing this cheering news.
It's been over two weeks now that the representative of Inter-bua met with Abala youths and they are yet to resume work as promised. Sir, on behalf of the good people of Abala clan in particular and Ndoshimili people in general. I want to appeal to you to use your good office to "Compel Inter-bua" to return back to site. This particular project is very important to Ndoshimili people and we appeal to you to intervene urgently. This will be all for now.
