Breaking: DTHA Passes Delta Inv. Dev. Agency Bill Into Law

The Delta State House of Assembly at Thursday's plenary passed the Delta State Investment Development Agency Bill 2016 into law.

The Bill was passed on a motion moved by the Majority Leader and seconded by Hon. Erhiatake Ibori.

The House passed the Bill into law after a clause by clause consideration by the Committee of the whole.

The Speaker, Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya thanked members for their commitment zeal towards the successful passing of the bill.

The House adjourned to Tuesday 29th November, 2016.
