Delta State Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa will tomorrow 10th November 2016 appear before the Delta State House of Assembly to present the 2017 Appropriation Bill.
This was contained in a letter read at today's plenary by the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya.
The presentation of the Appropriation Bill before the House of Assembly will give the honourable members the insight into the structure of the proposed 2017 budget.
