It was a celebration today as Special Assistant to Delta state Governor on Protocol-Lagos Mr. Chukueku Gboneme in conjunction with the Project AID Foundation International Doles out Empowerment and New year Welcome back to school packages to Ika children.
The Event took place at Okundaye Primary school, Boji-Boji Owa, Ika North East LGA, Delta State.
