    HILARY IBEGBULEM RECEIVES AWARD FROM DOYEN OF CIVIL SOCIETY IN NIGERIA, COMMENDS CIVIL SOCIETY VOLUNTEERS LED BY REX ANIGHORO


    Delta State Governor Principal Secretary Hon Hilary Obi Ibegbulem today received an award from Doyen Of Cilvil Society In Nigeria.

    The award according to the leader of Doyen Of Civil Society Mr  Rex Ekiugbo Anighoro who is also the S.A to the governor on civil engagement, the award is in recognition of his strong determination and unparalleled contributions to advancing citizen's Common Good, Governance and Democracy.

    "Hilary is a leader who understand Human psychology,  Hilary has done well as principal secretary, he has empowered the youths, he is our mentor, he has given us the youth hope, he is one man who always support peace, justice and equity.

    In this administration We will break bound, we will set new records and do what others has not done before because Gov Okowa achievements within short time has eliminated some of the suffering of the our people, we are proud of this administration and we will always support Gov Okowa he said while congratulating Mr Hilary .

    Speaking shortly after receiving the award, Mr Hilary commended Doyen Of Cilvil Society In Nigeria and Civil Society Volunteers for recognizing and honoring him.

    In his words "You are doing more than expectation , when I heard of the outcome of the civil society summit 2016 , I was overwhelmed , I will always support you and others who are doing great ".

    Hilary also used the opportunity to call on youths in Delta State to embrace peace and live as brothers and sisters.
