    Utagba-Uno Community (Ward 4) was agog today with music, dance and jubilation as it was the community's turn for the Ward-to-Ward Tour/PDP Leaders empowerment.


     A hoard of party faithful and other members of the community turned out to receive the leaders who organized the meeting for the purpose of strengthening the party and uniting its members towards realizing its goals of re-electing  Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa as the Governor of Delta State in the 2019 elections and winning as many elective positions as possible in the State in 2019.

    As usual, the Party leaders used the meeting as an opportunity to empower people in the community. A total of 96 individuals and 20 groups were empowered with cash while the women leader in Ward 4 was empowered with a motorbike from Hon. Azuka Azaka.
    The distribution of the empowerment is as follows:

    *Hon. Azuka Azaka (Member Representing Ndokwa West in Delta State House of Assembly) - 24 persons
    *Hon. Chris Ifeanyi Osakwe (Chairman, Ndokwa West Local Government Council)- 10 persons
    *Sir Monday Onyeme (Chairman, Delta State Board of Internal Revenue - 10 persons
    *Chief Obi Nzete (Secretary,People's Democratic Party, Delta State) - 20 groups
    *Hon. Sheriff Agas (Councilor, Ward 4) - 6 persons
    *Rear Admiral Mike Ojinika Onah (Rtd) (Political leader in the community) - 47 persons.
    The Party Women leadership led by Chief Mrs. Lina Osuya also presented 10 chairs to the Ward Chairman, Chief Anthony Ogene for use in the party office in the ward.
