The Political Aide to Delta State Governor on Special Duties (Media) Mr Ossai Ovie has commended the Nigeria Senate for passing Not Too Young to Run Bill into law, noting that the bill has given hope to Nigerian youths.
Ossai who is the youngest appointee in Gov Okowa’s cabinet made this known in an interview with newsmen yesterday in Asaba.
According to Ossai, the passage of the bill has further consolidated on the saying that the future is now not tomorrow. He also urged youths in the state to embrace peace and participate in the upcoming elections, while noting that Gov Ifeanyi Okowa has appointed more youths in his cabinet.
“It is because Gov Ifeanyi Okowa believes in the youths, that was why he appointed me as his Aide at the age of 24”
“Nigeria basically belong to the youths, the youths are People with fresh ideas” he added.
