The State government says it will soon embark on demolition of illegal structures of those who encroached into kwale GRA in Ndokwa west local government Area.

     The commissioner for lands and surveys Hon chika Ossai who  disclosed this  to newsmen, warned those who are encroaching into the kwale GRA to desist from it as government will not spare any defaulter ,no matter the statues in the society

 

         Hon chika Ossai frowned at the illegal buying and selling of lands by the Land speculators in the area and warned developers to desist from shoddy deals in the kwale Government Reservation Area.

   Hon Chika Ossai  said any developers who bought from  the community will face the risk of loosing such land as government will not compromise any thing that will distort the original master plan of the kwale GRA.

     The commissioner said the State government is committed to rid the towns and cities off of illegal structures and warned communities and land Speculators to desist from selling government lands  .
