Ndokwa East PDP and the Chairman Called ''Ugo Asibelua''

''When we lose one blessing, another is often most unexpectedly given in its place''_C.S. Lewis.
And this is the case of  Chief Ugo Asibelua, the Ezeugo Obi 1 of Ase Kingdom, the one and only PDP  Chairman God has given to Ndokwa East LGA and the Unity and cohesion he has brought to our Party and our LGA which the people of Ndokwa East do not wish to stand the chance of loosing.
The story of the farmer and his quarrelling sons is well known to everybody and always fresh in our minds. The sons could easily break each stick separately given to them. But when the sticks were tied into a bundle, nobody could break the bundle. From such an example, they learnt the lesson, that Unity is strength.
The principle of ‘unity is strength’ is the primary basis of peace and happiness of an organisation and that is what the emergence of Chief Ugo Asibelua, the Ezeugo Obi 1 of Ase Kingdom, brought along with him to Ndokwa East PDP upon his emergence as Chairman of the Party at Local Government level.
Chief Ugo Asibelua, is one man whose antecedents so far speaks for him and little did the people wonder why he has garnered much popularity and support from the Chairmen of this great Party both at State and the National Level.
Today, Chief Ugo Asibelua has successfully quenched all visible flames of faction and opposition within the confines of Ndokwa East LGA which has always been like a raging fire looking for dry bush to devour at every point in time.
He has remained one leader whose followers have bestowed so much trust on and have given him undoubted support which is visible even from both elected and appointed office holders irrespective of their ranks or level of achievements and that is most visible from the kind of bond which exists between him and the obvious highest political office holder within the confines of the Party and State at large, the Deputy Speaker of Delta State House Of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Osanebi Ossai Friday and his Commissioner counterpart Hon Nnamdi Ezechi amongst other highly placed dignitaries which space won't let me mention.
No doubt, the voice of the masses remains the voice of God and it showed when our Party faithfuls from all nooks and crannies came out in their numbers in solidarity with the Chairman to say welcome to the State PDP Chairman, Olorogun Barr. Kingsley Esiso upon his visit to the LGA.
''Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal, not to be distracted by distraction bent persons but motivated to do their best to achieve the set goal, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter''. ''It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine'' and here, impeccably is the category where Chief Ugo Asibelua belongs to.
''Indeed, Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them'' according to William Shakespeare and no doubt, Chief Ugo Asibelua, the Ezeugo Obi 1 of Ase Kingdom, has shown a high level of greatness in his leadership qualities which no doubt, has made and will continually make him the one and only  PDP Chairman, Ndokwa East will only have for the time being.
