Two thiefs caught red handed at Okpanam, Asaba, Delta state

The two thiefs were caught this morning at Okpanam in Oshimili south LGA, Delta state.

According the information, they said the two young men where caught after they have broke and entered into someones house earlier today  Sunday 30th October 2016.
