    NWAOBOSHI MEETS WITH NDOKWA YOUTHS

Sen. Peter Nwaobosbi, the senator representing Delta north and the senate committee chairman on Niger Delta Affairs, today, November 6, 2016, met with a good number of Ndokwa youths at his Ibusa residence.

The meeting which was at the behest of the Ndokwa Nation youths, was according to them to thank him for his good representation so far.

In his speech, the spokesperson for the youths noted that senator Nwaoboshi was doing well to their admiration. He stressed that there had always been senators but there was a difference between then and now. He said that for the first time they now knew that the Ndokwa nation could be part of the Amnesty programme.
He pleaded with him to make sure that the programme was fairly handled so that the right people benfit from it.

In his response, senator Nwaoboshi assured them that no body would be short-changed. He said that, so far, billions of naira have been pumped into the programme but was shocked that his people were not beneficaries of that. He said he was not prepared to oversee  such a programme which the people he represents were not beneficiaries whereas they belonged.

He further assured them that what would be due to them from the programme would be managed by respectable persons from Ndokwa nation. He appealed for their patience, assuring that very soon, they would begin to reap the dividends of his representation.
He further stressed that as long as God liveth, the Anioma people shall not regret sending him to the senate.
