Manchester United, on Sunday gave Jose Mourinho just what he wanted.. a win!
The Old Trafford club kept their premier league ambitions alive with a 3-1 win over Swansea courtesy of goals from Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Paul Pogba opened the score line with an incredible flash strike from 23 yards out before Zlatan Ibrahimovic doubled the lead after squeezing a long range ground shot at the near post.
Mourinho, given a one-match touchline ban, could only watch in amazement as Ibrahimovic struck again in the 33rd minute for his 400th goal as a professional footballer. Swansea pegged one back in the second half through a Mike van der Hoorn but it wasn't enough to subdue a revamoed Manchester United squad that had Phil Jones in defence and Fellaini bossing proceedings in the middle of the park.
