The Delta State Commissioner for Information Mr Patrick Ukah has felicitated with the Ogbelani of Illah Kingdom, His Royal Majesty (HRM), Obi Christopher Akazue Gbemudu II, on the auspicious occasion of the official presentation of Staff of Office by the Government of Delta State.
Ukah in a statement he personally signed, congratulated the Illah Monarch on behalf of the Ministry of Information and prayed for the monarch's reign to be peaceful and bring development to the people of Illah Kingdom.
The statement which read in part: "I, on behalf of the Permanent Secretary and staff of the state Ministry of Information, heartily felicitate with the Ogbelani of Illah Kingdom, His Royal Majesty (HRM), Obi Christopher Akazue Gbemudu 11, on the auspicious occasion of the official presentation of Staff of Office by the Government of Delta State.
"May your reign be peaceful and bring development to the people of your kingdom, Illah, Oshimili North Local government Area and Delta State.''
The statement further said the event will hold on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the Umuogwo Unity Hall, Umuogwu Quarters, Illah, Oshimili North Local Government Area, Delta State at 9am prompt.
