NEWS UPDATE ~EDO GOVERNORSHIP PETITION TRIBUNAL UPDATE...
Tribunal has just granted PDP's application to withdraw one of the motions out of the two filed by it and directed APC till Wednesday to respond to the second motion to vary the Tribunal's Order on the inspection of ballot papers. Argument on that motion has been fixed for Thursday, APC has been given between now and Wednesday to respond.
PDP has just adopted it's Answers and all three respondents have followed suit, the hearing has now been adjourned till 15/12/16 to take PDP's motion and also to streamline Issues for Determination.
POI is on Course.... Edo people will surely reclaim their stolen mandate!
