Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. (Deacon) Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, in the spirit of the yuletide, visited his boss, His Excellency, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa at Boji-Boji Owa, Ika North East LGA, Delta State, to appreciate his effective management of state affairs.
It would recalled that last year, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa at the yuletide visited his deputy, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro at his Warri residence, in what showed the cordial working relationship between the two state helmsmen from inception.
In the Deputy Governor’s entourage were Chief Frank Omare, Director General, Special Projects and Pastor Powell, Executive Assistant to the Governor on Protocol, who used the moment to appreciate Governor Okowa for the opportunity given them to serve.
Chief Omare, who hailed Governor Okowa for giving Warri South-West LGA the “lion share” in appointing Barr. Otuaro as his deputy, promised that the LGA will return wholesale votes to the Governor in 2019 as it did in 2015. He also thanked the governor for responding swiftly to Delta South matters and promised peace in the area in keeping with the SMART agenda of the present administration.
Others in the Deputy Governor’s entourage were Chief Francis Omatseye, member Delta State Judicial Service Commission, Arch. Joseph Ogeh, Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Steve Eruotor, Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Mr. Emomotimi Guwor, Executive Assistant to the Deputy Governor, Mrs. Doris Warri Aboh, SSA to the Deputy Governor, Media, Mr. Amafini Akemotubo, SA Political to Deputy Governor, among others.
