No fewer than 83 Nigerians would be deported from the United Kingdom (UK) today, Daily Trust reliably gathered learnt last night.
The aircraft conveying the deportees would arrive at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Ikeja Lagos at 6:00 a.m.
They would be received at the cargo terminal of the airport where deportees are often received.
Among the deportees are said to be serving jail terms in UK prison and they are expected to be sent to Nigerian prisons to complete their jail terms.
Officials of the National Emergency Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), among others would receive the deportees on arrival at the airport.
Spokesman of NEMA in the south, Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye confirmed the deportation to our correspondent.
