_Our attention has been drawn to a fictitious Facebook account purporting to be that of the Most Distinguished Senator Barrister Peter Onyelukachukwu Nwaoboshi._

_Said Facebook account was created precisely on the 26th Day Of September, 2016 under the account "Peter Nwaoboshi" and the perpetrators of this devilry of an act have been going around soliciting for funds and other forms of gratifications from the unsuspecting general public as though the Most Distinguished Senator Peter Onyelukachukwu is making such demands._

_On this note, we are stating unequivocally and emphatically that the Most Distinguished Senator Barrister Peter Onyelukachukwu Nwaoboshi will never, at any time demand for money and other form of gratifications from any individual, group of individual or any corporate organisation before discharging his duties to the good and loving people of Delta North Senatorial District and Nigerians at large and we are using this opportunity to advise the general public to be mindful of these internet miscreants and fraudsters and never to acquiesce to their request even as the matter has been lodged before relevant authorities for further actions._

_Anyone who enters into any form of transaction or agreement with these fraudsters upon the release of this Caveat does so at his/her own risk as our principal will not be answerable to any litigations whatsoever that arises from such scene._
