For active prosecution, the authority set up a mobile court which Magistrate Ezenwali John Alero handled effectively. The offenders caught by DESTMA Official's are tried there .
The Commissioner of Transportation, Honorable Vincent Uduaghan, the D. G of DESTMA, Chief Stephen K. Deiseruvwe, the Director of Operation (DESTMA), Mr Sam Idah ,the Nigerian Police Force makes sure that that all the offenders caught today were booked according to their offenses.
