The Senior Special Assistant, (SSA) to the Delta State Governor on Youth Development, Comrade Hope George has said that he his Committed towards Youths Development in the State as it is considered his utmost priority.
The SSA who made this assertion today via a social media platform interview, noted that with the rate at which Youths across the state are being empowered in various fields of human endeavour, it is of no doubt that his commitment and collaboration with government agencies has make him bring to the notice of the Youths every benevolent dividends packaged for them by the state government.
Comrade Hope George who until his appointment by the State Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa as his Senior Special Assistant on Youths Development, was the Chairman of the National Youths Council of Nigeria, Delta State Chapter.
He asserted that during his reign as the chairman of the Nation Youth Apex Body numerous Youths across the Country, Delta State in particular were favored developmentally through direct and indirect job opportunity, empowerment programs amongst other policies which was seen as a way of tackling unemployment and Youths restiveness.
He also noted that through his office, many Youths across the state has benefited from the empowerment programs of the state government and he is doing everything possible in making sure that those who have not benefited also partake in the Wealth and Job Creation Programmes of the SMART Governor.
