The people of Ndokwa East has been told to always work as one indivisible team so to move the local government forward.
The commissioner for lands and surveys Hon chika Ossai stated this today when he visited the Okpara uku Of Affor and the entire elders of Affor clan in Ndokwa East local government Area.
Hon chika Ossai who described the visit as a thank you visit for their support for Senator Ifeanyi Okowa administration, said is only in unity and peace that the area will move forward.
He appealed to them to shun the pull him down syndrome and desist from writing unnecessary petitions adding that people should be more involved in constructive criticism.
The commissioner urged the people to always contribute their quota towards the development of the area ,pointing out that Senator Ifeanyi Okowa 's administration will continue to ensure even development of communities in Ndokwa East.
He used the opportunity to inform them of the stepping down Of Independent power plant in okpai and educate them more on the importance of stepping down of the power plant transmission in okpai.
Hon chika Ossai urged the youths in the area to desist from crisis and always venture into meaningful projects that would benefit them positively.
He reminded them that development can only thrive in a peaceful environment and urged Ndokwa sons and daughters both at home and in diaspora to be their brothers keeper.
The spokesmen for the community Chief London Onwuka and Mr Cletus Okenuko commended the State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa for appointing one of their son Hon chika Ossai as a commissioner and urged him to continue to remember the people of Affor in his developmental strides.
They passed a vote confidence on the State Governor ,Senator Ifeanyi Okowa's administration and pledged their unalloyed support for the re election of Senator Okowa come 2019.
Their spokesmen also added that any aspirant or appointee that Hon chika Ossai presented to the Governor should be regarded as the choice of the grassroot people of Ndokwa East and appealed to the State Governor to continue to consider more Ndokwa sons and daughters for appointment.
