The Ukwuani chapter of the Odozi-Ani Ezhinne support group for okowa 2019 today held an enlarged meeting of its members at Obiaruku, headquarters of Ukwuani local government area.
Addressing members of the group at the meeting, Sir Monday Onyeme who was represented at the meeting by his political aide Barr Solomon Possible Ajede thanked the members of the group for the Large turn out to the meeting despite the short notice. He appreciated the members of group especially the ward coordinators for the commitment and selfless services towards the advancement of the group.
He stated that the group which has its core and primary mandate of galvanising massive support for the reelection bid of Gov Okowa come 2019, has come to stay in Ndokwa Nation. He urged the coordinators of the group at the various wards to remain steadfast and continue to propagate the gospel of the group, noting that the group would continue to roll out programs in support to the Governor come 2019.
While underscoring the importance of voters register in actualising the dreams of the group, Barr. Ajede advised members to go back to their ward and mobilise all eligible voters to participate in the ongoing voters registration exercise to enable them vote massively for Governor Okowa come 2019.
Concluding, Barr Ajede assured the group that meetings would be held at regular interval to discuss germane issues as it affects the welfare of the group, charging all to be continue to preach Okowa in their respective wards.
