GOV OKOWA GRANTS 50% CONCESSIONARY CUT ON THE PRICE OF REGULARIZING PROPERTIES AT THE OKPANAM CORE AREA II

The Delta State Governor Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has graciously granted a 50% concessionary cut on the original fee of the Regularization of Core Area II Okpanam till the 31st of December 2016 as follow:
FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
1-1000 Square Meters which was formally priced at N1, 500, 000. Is now priced at N750, 000.
1001 - 3000 Square Meters which was formally priced at N2, 500, 000. Is now priced at N1, 250, 000.
3001 Square Meters and above which was formally priced at N3, 500, 000. Is now priced at N1, 750, 000.

FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
1-1000 Square Meters which was formally priced at N2, 000, 000. Is now priced at N1, 000, 000.
1001 - 3000 Square Meters which was formally priced at N3, 000, 000. Is now priced at N1, 500, 000.
3001 Square Meters and above which was formally priced at N4, 000, 000. Is now priced at N2, 000, 000.
Furthermore, the regularization team led by the secretary of the task force committee on the 20th of November 2016, embarked on a sensitization movement to the Okpanam Core Area II distributing flyers with the new price which was a huge success as Landlords in the area received the information with great relief.
