    OSHIMILI NORTH AREA COUNCIL SUPERVISORY COUNCILOR FOR HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, HON LEO NKEAKA COMMENDS SEN. PETER NWAOBOSHI'S DRIVE, AT ENSURING THE EQUITABLE INVOLVEMENT OF DELTA NORTH YOUTHS IN GOVERNMENT SCHEMES

    The supervisory councillor for health and environment, in Oshimili North local government area, Hon. Leo Nkeaka had yesterday showered encomiums on the personality of the distinguished senator representing Delta North senatorial district in the National Assembly, Sen.(Barr) Peter Nwaoboshi for his unrelentless drive at ensuring the continued involvement of Delta North Youths in the affairs of governance in the state and beyond.

    Hon. Leo Nkeaka, made this assertion yesterday at Asaba, while Addressing a group of progressive youths from the Delta North region, under the umbrella of the  Anioma progressive youths for good governance. He stated that Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi is committed to ensuring that Youths of Anioma region are actively involved in all government policies and programmes both at the the state and national level, pointing the recent proposed inclusion of Ndokwa youths into the Presidential amnesty programme,which he described as the brain child of Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi as a clear testimony and true attestation to the fact  that the Senator holds the welfare of the youths of his constituency in the highest esteem. He urged them to remain patient and always express optimism of better things to come.

    Hon Leo Nkeaka who doubles as the head of the PON media team, equally used the opportunity to charge the youths of Anioma extraction to always remain supportive, focused and prayerful to the Senator Okowa led prosperity for all Deltans Government,and other political office holders of the region, assuring them that the Governor is determined to ensuring that prosperity gets to all nooks and crannies of the state inline with his avowed mantra of prosperity for all Deltans.

    He commended the Governor for rolling out numerous youth empowerment scheme such as the STEP, PPSP and YAGEP through the job creation office,and encourage the youths of the  Anioma region to complement the state government's huge investment in the schemes by keying into them,with a view to becoming self reliant and independent in the society. He used the occasion to inform the youths that Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi will on 17th.Dec 2016 unveil his PON foundation/empowerment programme,assuring them that the youths will be actively involved in the process.
