Delta Chief Justice Umukoro Swears In  Otonvwen Akpak as Senior Magistrate grade 2

Delta State Chief Justice Justice Marshall Umukoro  has sworn in Otonvwen Akpak who happened to be a sister to Delta State Lawmaker  Hon Erhiatake ibori as Senior Magistrate grade 2
