The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Delta State Mr Charles Aniagwu has Commended Members of the Nigeria Union of Journalist for the Cooperation and Understanding shown in the midst of this trying times, noting that this year 2017 is a year of robust Infrastructural Development in the State.

Mr Aniagwu made this disclosure today 18/1/2017 in Warri during the Interactive Session held with Members of Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ), Warri Correspondence urges members of NUJ to be United, respectful in other not just to have a stronger voice but also for the younger once in the Profession to respect the older once.

While Commending Journalist for their Cooperation, he said the Okowa led administration despite the downturn of the economy has recorded huge success in executing Projects that has great economic value for the People of Delta State, as he highlights  various Completed and Ongoing Roads Projects in the State.

He maintained that the Federal Allocation receive by the State is not even enough to pay the salaries of workers and the wage bill of the State is high, revenue of the State has dropped drastically due to Pipeline Vandalization and the evacuation of some Oil Companies in time past, despite all this Challenges Dr Ifeanyi Okowa is still working assiduously in ensuring that the dividends of Democracy gets to all nooks and crannies of the State.

The Chief Press Secretary was accompanied by Hon Godspower Omafuvwe Asiuwhu, Special Assistant to the Governor on Social Media, Prince Victor Efeizomor, Special Assistant to Governor on Print Media and Mr Nelson Egware, Special Assistant to the Governor on Media.
