On 16/1/17 in follow up to the Manhunt aimed at Dismantling the leadership of the Militants Terrorizing, Kidnapping and Robbing Banks in Lagos, Ogun and South South as Directed by IGP Ibrahim Idris. The Overall leader of one of the Groups who introduced Bank Robbery and Kidnappings to the Lagos Militants that were then largely into Pipeline Vandalism before his advent. With Technical Intelligence Support from TIU, Philip Joel Kakadu aka General Kakadu 29yrs Native of Egbema Kingdom Warri North LGA was arrested by IRT Operatives in Warri town Delta state where he came to spend his loots from Lagos. His Fellow gang member Romeo Council aka Raw 40yrs Native of Bomadi LGA Delta State was equally Arrested in Warri Delta State. Militant General Kakadu Confessed to The Lekki, Ikorodu, Festac and Agbarra Bank Robberies and the Kidnapping of Oniba of Iba, The Kidnapping of Isheri Lardlords and Many other kidnappings in Lagos and Ogun State. He also mentioned the names of 5 of his boys that Participated in the Turkish School Girls kidnappings of Ogun State. Serious efforts to get remaining gang members continues.
