The Delta State Government has notify persons who have been issued Certificate Of Occupancy for lands between the Anwai Campus And Faith Academy (referred to as Ugbolu Government Layout acquisitions) to appear before the Land Review Committee for Verification and documentation with valid means of identification (National Identity card or Voters card) within 21days from vanguard publications of Wednesday 28 June and Pointer Newspaper Publication of Thursday 29 June 2017.
A statement issued by the Commissioner for Lands and Surveys Hon Chika Ossai urged beneficiaries to pay a non refundable development fee of one hundred thousand naira (100.000) only into the keystone Bank account of the Ministry of lands and Surveys as cash payment is not allowed.
Accordingly, the statement mandated beneficiaries to come along with evidence of payment of the development fee to the verification , that will take place at the conference hall of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys Asaba from 12 noon daily.
The statement added that All Allocations without Certificate of Occupancy within the designated Layout are cancelled with immediate effect.
Failure of beneficiaries to appear before the Committee within the 21days will be treated as forfeiture of the Grant.
