The Honorable Commissioner for Health Delta state, Dr. Nicholas Azinge felicitates with the Governor of Delta State His Excellency Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on his 58th birthday anniversary celebration.
In his congratulatory message to the Governor, the Honorable Commissioner commended him for his giant strides towards the speedy transformation of the State in all ramifications, which is in line with the SMART Agenda.
While praying to God to grant the Governor more wisdom, good health and peace of mind, he commended his display of detribalized administration and stated that his Prosperity for all Deltans Agenda is indeed working.
Finally, the Commissioner stated that Governor Okowa has proven to be a leader of high ethics,and great vision continuing he commended him for the presence of massive infrastructural development in all nooks and cranny of the state.
